This class is designed to give an overview of what to expect at birth for parents who might not have as much time to prepare. This course will provide an overview of strategies and things to look out for.
Topics discussed include the Physiology of Birth, Stages of Labor, Self-Advocacy, Birth Options, Pain Management, Comfort Techniques, Cesarean Birth, Interventions, Types of Supports, Postpartum and Newborn care, and so much more!
